More about me
I am a bilingual first generation Mexican American cisgender woman. I am licensed in California. My goal is to support individuals in feeling empowered to work through stressful events using an eclectic approach to improve overall well-being.
I am an advocate for reducing stigma, specifically in the Latinx communities. My hope is to give voice to those who have been silenced and support them in accepting themselves and speaking confidently about their needs to others.
